Username: For members with a 3 digit member number, include a leading zero example: 0111 and for spouse add the letter A example: 0111A 
    For members with a 4 digit member number, just use your full number and for spouse add the letter A. example: 1016A

Password: If it's your 1st time logging in -your last name (not case-sensitive)  example: smith
You will be prompted to change your password when you log in.

Otherwise your selected password.  Call the offices if you have forgotten.
